  1. DEGUSTATION
    Various styles and menus are available to choose from or can be tailored at your request. Degustation's are five to six courses, though can be extended on request, and with ample notice.
  2. COCKTAIL PARTY & CANPE SERVICE
    A large selection to choose from is listed below. If you know exactly what you would like send me an email or give me a call. Cocktail party's can be tailed to your request. This is a classy tray service and pricing is quoted based on event details
  3. HOT & COLD PLATTERS
    Various hot and cold platters available for any group size. Styles vary depending on your personal event. Prices also vary on your personal requirements. Platters may include antipasto, various styles of nibbles, sandwich platters, meatball, arancini balls, fish cakes, gourmet sasuage roll/savoury tartlets, wraps, dips and crackers plates, BBQ style skewers or any other type of platter you may request.
  4. THREE COURSE PRIVATE DINNER
    Three course private dinners can be designed at your request or menu options are available below. Pricing is $80 per person Drink packages are available upon request. See wine list or request your preference.
  5. SPIT ROASTING & BBQ PACKAGES
    The most popular of all of the services, spit roast are the most affordable and yet still easy on the eyes. Suitable for party's of 50 or more pricing starts at $30 per head for a choice of two meats, two salads and two warm dishes from the menu.
  6. DESSERT PLATTERS
    Dessert platters can be created personally for any event. Treats may be as simple as a platter of muffins for your meeting or fancy platter of mixed pastries for your fine event
  7. TWO COURSE PRIVATE DINNER
    Two course menus are listed below for you to choose from, alternatively if you have something in mind a personalized menu can be created just for you. pricing varies on group size, location and equipment required.
  8. GRAZING TABLES
    A beautiful display at any event! Selections of fine cheeses, handmade dips, lavosh, breads, crackers, cured meats, glazed ham, pickled vegetables, fruits, pate, olives, slow roasted vegetables and seafood delicacies. Prices vary depending on party size.
  9. CAKES & INDIVIDUAL DESSERTS
    All cakes and desserts are made fresh in our commercial kitchen. We have a range of wedding cakes to choose from and all desserts are listed on the menu page

    Bar and wait staff are available for hire per hour.
